Eligibility for Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

We accept return requests within 20 days of delivery for eligible items. 

If the original packaging has been opened, damaged, or shows signs of being unsealed, the item is considered non-returnable and non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund once delivered:

  • Items with opened or damaged packaging

  • Items that appear worn, used, washed, or altered

  • Intimate products and lingerie where hygiene seals have been broken


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The original packaging

  • The shipping label

Once verified, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
